Irresistible Nutritious Cranberry Salad

If you are looking for a simple, nutritious and tasty recipe to bring
to holiday gatherings, this is the recipe for you.
Cranberry Fruit Base Ingredients
2 Cups Whole, Raw Cranberries
1 Large Apple, Diced
2 Cups Fresh Pineapple, Diced
1 Orange
1/2 Cup Raspberries (fresh or frozen)
Dressing Ingredients
1 Ripe Banana (you may add 2 bananas if you like a thicker dressing)
1/2 Cup Raspberries (fresh or frozen)
1/4 Cup Fresh Squeezed Orange Juice
1 Teaspoon Honey or Agave Nectar
To make the cranberry fruit base, place the cranberries in a food
processor or blender and process until crushed. To prevent
overprocessing in a blender, add a small amount of cranberries at a
time and blend for a very short time. Place cranberries in a bowl.
Grate 1/4 teaspoon orange peel from the orange. Peel, seed and dice
the orange. Add peel, orange,apple, pineapple, and 1/2 cup raspberries
to the cranberries.
Combine the dressing ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
Fold this dressing into the cranberry base. Refrigerate until ready
to serve. ENJOY!
