Delicious Mexican Corn

This is a simple recipe that goes well with your summer BBQ or picnic.
Ingredients:
2 cups fresh corn kernels
3/4 cup chopped red pepper
1/2 cup chopped sweet onion
1/3 cup chopped cilantro
2 tablespoons lemon juice
2 tablespoons extra-virgin cold pressed olive oil
1 tablespoon liquid aminos
1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
1/8 teaspoon cayenne peppe
Directions:
1. In a small bowl combine the corn, red pepper, onion and cilantro.
2. In another small bowl combine lemon juice, olive oil, liquid
aminos, cumin and cayenne pepper.
3. Pour dressing over vegetables and mix well.
